Women's Soccer Team Excited About Signing Riley Rosauer

WATERLOO- The RedTail Women's Soccer team was happy to welcome new team member Riley Rosauer to their roster this week, as she signed her letter of intent to play for the RedTails this upcoming season.

Rosauer, a senior at Union High School in La Porte City, Iowa, plans to attend Hawkeye Community College in the fall of 2020 and she will eventually transfer to a university when her tenure at Hawkeye is finished.

At Union High School, Rosauer was a state runner up in the 2017 soccer season, and in 2019, she was a state qualifier yet again. She has had a great deal of academic success, as she has been an honor roll student throughout high school. Rosauer is also a member of the National Honor Society for soccer, and has been awarded the Presidential Physical Fitness Award every year she has attended Union High School.

"Riley is a huge talent and I think she has potential to give us up to 20 goals this upcoming season," stated Coach Robbie Carroll. "She will be a valuable asset to our team."

Rosauer is the daughter of Vanessa and Larry Rosauer.
