RedTail Volleyball adds Shannon Moorman

Shannon Moorman, a middle hitter from Dike- New Hartford, Iowa, has decided to continue her volleyball career at Hawkeye Community College next fall.

Moorman is a senior at Dike- New Hartford high school. She will be continuing her education as an Accounting major at Hawkeye. Moorman started playing volleyball in fourth grade, and is excited to keep playing.

"I am looking forward to getting to play the sport I love for 2 more years close to home. I am looking forward to meeting all the girls and getting to play with new girls." says Moorman. 

"My top achievements are, 2A State Champions in 2021 and 2023, 2A State Runner-Up in 2022, 2A State Semifinalist in 2024, 2nd Team IGCA All State in 2024, IGCA Senior All-Star Team, IGCA Northeast All-District Team in 2024, 1st Team All-Conference in 2024."
