Easton Goodwin Joins RedTails Men’s Bowling Team
We are excited to announce that Easton Goodwin from Columbus Catholic High School in Waterloo has officially committed to Hawkeye Community College. Easton will join the RedTail Men's Bowling team while pursuing a Liberal Arts degree.
Easton brings 14 years of bowling experience to the program, demonstrating dedication and a passion for the sport. Some of his top achievements are earning an individual 300 game and bowling a Baker's 300 with his high school team. His work ethic and competitive drive will make him a strong addition to the Hawkeye community as he begins his collegiate journey.
"I am excited to attend Hawkeye because it's a team that I feel has a place ready for me. I am most excited for a new experience entering college and a new environment," Easton shared.
"Easton has been one of our top recruits for the upcoming 26-27 season and we cannot wait to see what he can do. He has been so much fun to watch during his high school season and is a huge motivator for his team. Easton is so humble and respectful to everyone he meets, but when it comes to bowling, he is still a strong competitor that we are excited to have in our program. Easton brings the passion and the energy to keep his team fired up and we can't wait to see that in competition next year," said head coach Roger Taylor.
Welcome to the RedTail family, Easton!
