RedTails Place 4th at Northwest Iowa Collegiate

SPENCER–The RedTails Men's Golf competed in the Northwest Iowa Collegiate on October 11-12 and were able to score 896 to score fourth overall. 

Tom Bell was the highest, finishing RedTail scoring a total of 212 and placing fifth overall. Austin Reynolds scored 227, tying for 29th overall. Scoring 229 points and tying for 33rd overall was Luke Galeazzi. Tying for 43rd and scoring 234 was Grant Dekruyf. Melker Andersson tied for 50th, scoring 234. 

"This was probably our best tournament so far this fall and it was exciting to have Austin Reynolds tie for the lowest score in round one and Tom Bell tie for low score in round two," says coach Micah Destival. "Tom also birdied the last hole to make the all-tournament team.  54 holes in two days gave us a good idea about where we need to go from here in terms of conditioning and practice to keep improving."
