Bio

Jerome Crayton has been named an Assistant Coach for the RedTail Track and Field program, specializing in sprints and conditioning. Crayton, a Minnesota native, joins the RedTails with a strong background in track and field as both an athlete and coach. He holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Minnesota State University Moorhead and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Education Leadership.

Crayton began his coaching career as an assistant track coach at Fisher High School, where he focused on developing young athletes through personalized training programs. His coaching philosophy emphasizes a positive environment and holistic athlete development, both on and off the track. As a former Division II track and field athlete, Crayton brings firsthand experience and a deep understanding of the sport’s demands.

His dedication to fostering athletic and personal growth will be a valuable addition to the RedTail Track and Field program as he works to help student-athletes reach their full potential.
