Freshman Gabby Wright made a spectacular debut for Hawkeye, connecting on 98 of 100 shots in her first collegiate trap event. Wright's near-perfect round played a pivotal role in the RedTails' 486-457 win over Southeastern. She will look to continue her strong start when Hawkeye takes on Kirkwood on Sept. 13 at the Tri-State Gun Club in Montrose, Iowa.
