RedTails Capture East Division Titles, Set Sights on ICCAC and State Championships

The Hawkeye Community College Sports Shooting team capped off an impressive regular season, finishing undefeated and East Division champions in both Trap and Skeet, while also securing second place in the East Division for Sporting Clays.

The RedTails showed consistency and depth all season, closing out divisional competition with confidence as they now prepare for postseason play.

Head Coach Troy Emley praised the team's performance and focus heading into championship weekend:

"A great finish to the ICCAC regular season: undefeated and East Division champions of skeet, second place East Division sporting clays, and undefeated and East Division champions of trap. On to conference and state championships."

Hawkeye will return to action Friday through Sunday, October 17–19, as they host the ICCAC Conference and Iowa SCTP State Championships at home in Waterloo:
