Hawkeye RedTails Earn ICCAC All-Region Honors
Hawkeye Community College soccer was well represented in the 2025 ICCAC Division II All-Region selections, with standout performances across both the men's and women's programs earning recognition from the conference.
Men's Soccer
Freshman Luke Hobson was named to the Second Team All-Region after a strong debut season leading the RedTails attack. Hobson's creativity and consistency up front helped pace the team throughout the year.
Joining him on the Honorable Mention All-Region list was freshman midfielder Alexander Aslanidis, who provided stability in the middle of the field and proved to be an integral part of the team's transition play.
Women's Soccer
The RedTails women's soccer program also earned multiple conference honors following another competitive season.
Sophomore forward Jil Lehmann and freshman midfielder Johanna Norrenbrock were both selected to the First Team All-Region. Lehmann was the team's leading scorer and one of the top goal producers in the ICCAC, finishing tied for second in the conference with 11 goals. Norrenbrock commanded the midfield, contributing five goals and three assists in her first collegiate season.
Freshman goalkeeper Emilia Kristensen and freshman forward Grace Lea were named to the Second Team All-Region, rounding out an impressive showing for the RedTails.
Two more RedTails earned Honorable Mention All-Region recognition — sophomore midfielder Erin Todd and freshman defender Kenzie Snyder, who each played key roles in Hawkeye's success on both ends of the field.
