Coach Scott Roberts had this to say after the meet: "We had some good performances. Melody Kremer, for the second week in a row, was able to win the 400 hurdles and pulled out a victory in the last five meters of the race. I am really proud of her and the way she competes. She is a great example to the rest of the team on how to not give up and good things will happen.
We want to continue to progress as we get toward the conference meet in the fairly short outdoor season that we have."
The RedTail track and field team will return to the track this weekend in Cedar Rapids where they will compete at the Mustang Dist. Carnival & Open.
