RedTail Female Athlete of the Year: Riley Goddard
Freshman | Track & Field | Marketing Management
Riley Goddard put the NJCAA on notice during a historic freshman campaign, rewriting the RedTail record books and cementing her status as a national powerhouse. Goddard's indoor season was highlighted by a school-record performance at the NJCAA Indoor National Championships, where she delivered a massive 17.12-meter toss in the weight throw. This mark earned her a sixth-place finish in the country and NJCAA All-American honors.
Her transition to the outdoor season was equally dominant. In her first-ever collegiate hammer throw competition, she posted a national-qualifying mark of 47.04 meters, instantly moving her to number two all-time in program history. Beyond the throwing rings, Riley is a standout in the classroom, maintaining a 3.9 cumulative GPA as a Marketing Management major. A former NJCAA National Athlete of the Week, Goddard's relentless work ethic and elite performance have established her as one of the premier student-athletes in the nation.
