RedTails compete at Kip Janvrin Open
This past weekend the RedTails Track team traveled to Indianola on April 23-25, to compete at the Kip Janvrin Open.
Each year this meet provides a great opportunity for our student-athletes to test themselves against DI, DII, DIII, NAIA, and NJCAA programs as we sharpen for the Region XI Championships. The Region XI Championships mark our final competition as a full squad, and we're excited to watch our graduating class compete together one last time.
"This group has given so much to our program, and we're proud of everything they've accomplished. As they move on to what's next, whether that's continuing their collegiate careers, furthering their education, or entering the workforce, we know they will continue to represent Hawkeye Community College well. We're proud to call them RedTails!" said assistant coach David Holesinger.
