RedTail Track and Field & Cross Country Sign Bernardy

We're thrilled to announce that Ashley Bernardy, from Cedar falls High School, has committed to Hawkeye Community College to continue her academic and athletic journey as a member of the Women's Track and Field and Cross Country team.

Ashley has been involved with running competitively since 7th grade. She will be running 800 meters and 1,500 meters during the track season. While at Hawkeye Community College Ashley will be studying nursing working towards her LPN. 

"I'm looking forward to becoming the best student athlete I can be. I'll be attaining a degree in nursing, and running both XC and track. I've been competing in cross country and track since I was 12. I'm excited to learn all I can and be the best teammate possible."
